Charlie Dowdle (Loyola)

Dowdle recorded 6 goals to help lift Loyola past New Trier 16-11 in the sectional finals at GBN.


Kristian Altuve/Kyle Rickert (Naperville Central)

Rickert scored 5 times and Altuve added 4 scores as NC topped Naperville North 19-5 on Saturday.


Matt Farmer/Connor Brown (Fenwick)

Farmer recorded 8 goals and Brown totaled 6 scores as the Friars defeated Oak Park 24-6 to return to state.


Matt Veldman/Tony Rogina (Sandburg)

Veldman scored 5 goals and Rogina made 12 saves and held H-F scoreless for nearly three periods as the Eagles advanced to state with a 10-4 win over the Vikings.


David Sekula/Joe Shannon/Kovas Zygas (Lyons)

The Lions' trio combined to score 12 goals to help LT earn a 15-5 victory over Brother Rice on Saturday.


Mark Alvarado/Mike Fratto (St Ignatius)

Alvarado poured in 8 goals and Fratto made 15 saves as St Ignatius fended off Latin 12-9.


Kyle Braun/Scott Dabrowski (McHenry)

Braun scored 5 goals and Dabrowski added 4 scores to get McHenry past Palatine 17-7 at the Vernon Hills Sectional on Saturday.


Mike Gergen/Randy Carr (Schaumburg)

Both Gergen and Carr tallied 4 goals to lead Schaumburg to an 11-9 victory over Conant on Saturday.




Abbey Kerth (Naperville Central)

Kerth recorded 7 goals to lead the Redhawks to a 13-6 win over Naperville North on Saturday.


Adrianna Izquierdo (Mother McAuley)

Izquierdo registered 4 scores in McAuley's 7-3 triumph over Lyons Township.


Annie Collins/Mackenzie Bonk (Fenwick)

Collins totaled 5 scores to lead the Fenwick offensive attack and Bonk recorded a shutout in a 14-0 win over Oak Park.


Cheyenne Montijo/Karen Lowry (Stevenson)

Montijo and Lowry combined to score 6 times as Stevenson returned to state with a 9-5 win over Mundelein


Emily McCarthy/Sam del Prado/Julie Conrath (Fremd)

Conrath held Barrington scoreless in the sectional finals on Saturday to help Fremd advance to state with a 14-0 win. Meanwhile, McCarthy and del Prado combined to score 7 goals in the Vikings' triumph.


Evan Swenson (Loyola)

Swenson tallied 4 scores in Loyola's 11-7 win over NT in the GBN Sectional final.


Kate Murphy/Rebecca Insalaco (St Ignatius)

Insalaco totaled 5 scores and Murphy made 13 saves as St Ignatius knocked off Lane 11-3 on Saturday.


Sophie Schloen (H-F)

Schloen made 12 saves and helped limit Bremen to just 2 goals in an 11-2 win at the LWN Sectional.
