BOYS

Alex Shkiler (Stevenson)

Shkiler scored 3 goals in the Patriots' 9-8 win over Evanston on Tuesday and chipped in with 2 goals in a 14-7 triumph over Vernon Hills on Thursday.

Logan Gizel (Hoffman)

Gizel, the Hawks' goalkeeper, has been instrumental in the team's fast start; he earned three straight wins this week, allowing just over 4 goals per game while averaging more than 12 blocks per game in the process.

GIRLS

Eileen Mallof (St Viator)

Mallof has been a productive goalscorer for the Lions since the start of the season; she led the Lions with 10 goals in wins over GBS, Hersey and Wheeling this week.

Hannah Schultz (Bremen)

The freshman scored 4 goals, including the game-winner against LWC, in her first-ever high school game. Her quick impact helped the Red Jaguars rise to #14 after the opening week of the season.
