Keep an eye out for the following players throughout the rest of the 2011 season:

BOYS

Brandon Luke (Schaumburg)

Luke returned from a serious injury earlier in the season to record 4 goals in the Saxons 13-9 win over Wheeling. He could be a key factor in Schaumburg's run at a sectional title this season.

Jakub Sierzputowski (Mundelein)

Sierzputowski made 12 saves in the Mustangs' 14-9 victory over Wheeling and could prove to be a difference-maker in the second half of the season as he leads an improving Mundelein defense.

GIRLS

Colleen Barron (Fenwick)

The Fenwick freshman is one of three first-year players that have made an immediate impact for the Friars during the first half of the season.

Lisa Echeverria (Northside)

Echeverria scored 2 times in her first game for NSP, helping the Mustangs get past Latin 10-9. The former Von Steuben athlete should make a difference for Northside as they try to make a run at the Public League title in 2011.
