BOYS

Alex Grant (New Trier)

Grant totaled 21 goals over the weekend to lead New Trier to the GBS Tournament title after the team earned wins over Hersey, Palatine and Naperville North and tied with GBS. Grant was named the official MVP of the event by the host school. He also celebrated his birthday by scoring 5 goals in the Trevians' 12-7 victory over Niles West on Tuesday.

Piers Braunrot (New Trier)

The Trevians' goalkeeper made 37 saves and allowed 5 goals per game as New Trier won the GBS Tournament after going 3-0-1 at the event. He also made 9 saves in Tuesday night's 12-7 victory over Niles West.

GIRLS

Catie Wallace (Fenwick)

Wallace led all scorers at the Stevenson Tournament with 17 goals as the Friars went 4-0 against teams from Michigan. She also tallied 4 scores in Thursday's 8-4 victory over Naperville Central.

Lindsay Fraser (Glenbrook North)

Fraser poured in 24 goals to lead the Spartans to their own tournament title with four straight wins on Saturday. She also scored 9 goals in Tuesday's win over Deerfield.
