Week 2 Weekend Recap

There were 15 varsity-level tournaments this past weekend. Add in a handful of JV tournaments and we were working with 20+ tournaments and over 200+ water polo games in Illinois between Friday and Saturday night. And when I say Saturday night...the games didn't end until around 10:00pm.

Hard to cover all of them. Hard to mention each winner on Twitter or any other social media platform. Hopefully the scoreboard, standings and the blog are enough during those types of busy water polo weekends.

Because of the amount of games and high-level performers, the Players to Watch, Baller and Super Baller lists will be updated by Wednesday evening. In the meantime, there are 35+ games to cover on a Tuesday night, so I must get back to work.
