Week 4 Ballers

 

BOYS

Curtis Thrun (Lincoln-Way North)

Thrun registered 5 goals as the Phoenix defeated Stagg 12-6 on Wednesday.

 

Eric Tamulonis (Andrew)

Tamulonis scored the game-winning goal, scored 3 times, and drew 3 ejections in the T-Bolts' 12-11 win over LWN on Tuesday.

 

Hayden Santefort/Kevin Kuchta (H-F)

Kuchta scored 5 goals in the Vikings' 8-7 win over Lockport and netted 2 scores in a 10-4 triumph over LWC on Monday, while Santefort totaled 5 goals in both wins for H-F.

 

Jakobi McClellan (H-F)

The Vikings' goalkeeper blocked 12 shots and did not allow a goal in the fourth quarter in an 8-7 victory over Lockport on Wednesday. He also make 8 saves in H-F's 10-4 win over LWC on Tuesday night.

 

Kurt Butterfield (Lincoln-Way West)

Buttterfield scored 8 times in the Warriors' 17-16 win over Shepard and totaled 14 goals in two games during Week 4.

 

Quinn Johnson (Bremen)

Johnson tallied 6 goals in the Silver Snakes' 9-7 victory over R-B to help the team win their seventh game of the season on Wednesday.

 

 

 

GIRLS

Amber Forbes (Bradley)

Forbes recorded 28 saves in wins over Andrew and Lincoln Way West and also chipped in with 3 assists in the win over LWW as Bradley improved to 6-1 on the season.

 

Drew L'Ecuyer (Bradley)

L'Ecuyer scored 6 times in Tuesday's 9-4 win over LWW and added 5 goals as the Boilers beat Andrew 9-7 on Thursday.

 

Liz Klock (Lincoln-Way Central)

Klock totaled 4 scores and 8 steals as the Knights defeated Homewood-Flossmoor 13-3 to improve to 5-1 in 2013.

 

Marta Considine (Loyola)

Considine led the Ramblers with 6 goals in their 11-10 win over St Ignatius on Wednesday evening.

 

Meredith O'Brien (Loyola)

The Ramblers' goalkeeper blocked 13 shots, made a key save in the final minute of a tie game, then assisted on the game-winning goal as the Ramblers beat St Ignatius 11-10.
