BOYS

Jordan Palmer (New Trier)

Palmer led all scorers at the Palatine Tournament, totaling 19 goals in wins over Latin, Loyola, Mundelein and Palatine. The Trevians won the event and have started the season with a perfect 4-0 mark.

Nathan Pimentel (Oak Park)

Pimentel recorded 20 goals at the Stagg Tournament over the weekend, helping lift the Huskies to the event's title and a 4-0 record. He also scored 4 times in a 16-8 victory over Waubonsie Valley earlier in the week.

GIRLS

Clare Bryar (Mother McAuley)

Bryar led the way on offense for the Mighty Macs in the first week of the season, scoring 5 goals in a 17-6 win over #6 Lincoln-Way Central and pouring in 4 goals in an 8-4 victory over #9 Lyons just two days later.

Katie Appell (Oak Park)

Appell recorded 18 goals at the Northside Tournament over the weekend, leading the Huskies to a 4-0 record and the event's title. She also scored 7 times in a 12-2 win over Waubonsie Valley earlier in the week, helping her team start the season off with a 5-0 record.
