Nate Fischer and Ramses Flores (6 assists) each added 2 goals in the winning effort. Charlie Freedman, Kevin Considine, Tony Spallone and Kenny Sajnaj each scored 2 goals in the loss for the Ramblers.

Quinn Russell recorded 5 goals, Matt Kilroe scored 3 times and Sam Broad scored 2 times as Rice got past St Viator 13-4 on opening night in the MCAC. Andrew Cwik, Nate LaMantia and Pat Dumais each added one score in the win for the Crusaders.

Olivia Olszewski added 3 goals, Amy Rodriguez added 2 goals and Lauren Day stopped 13 shots in the winning effort. Chrisavgi Kotsifas registered 6 goals in the loss for the Blue Demons.

 

Hoffman 6 Libertyville 5 (3 OT)

Abby Fuscone scored 6 goals and connected on the game-winning goal in sudden-death overtime from 5m as the Hawks outlasted Libertyville 6-5 on Monday night at the HEAC. Benita Varanauskaite also stopped 15 shots in the win for the hosts.

Anna Scovill tallied 6 goals while Rylee Stone and Jenna Giuffre each scored 3 times as the Mustangs defeated Hinsdale South 19-6. Briana Veselik scored 4 goals in the loss for the Hornets.

 

Mother McAuley 17 St Viator 4

Jill Schultz poured in 6 goals and Maddie Schultz added 3 scores as the Mighty Macs earned a 17-4 win over St Viator. Brigid Barkmeier, Kate Fischer and Katie Alberts also scored 2 goals each while MaryKate McKendry made 12 saves in the winning effort.

 

STC North 8 Schaumburg 6

Olivia Traxler totaled 6 goals and Lexi Coakley blocked 8 shots and dished out 5 assists as the North Stars beat Schaumburg 8-6. Anna Devries and Hannah Springer (5 steals) each added one goal in the victory.

 

Taft 9 Resurrection 2

The Eagles kicked off the season with a 9-2 victory over Resurrection. Ruth Gleason tallied both scores in the loss for the Bandits.
