Naperville North Reigns Supreme At Naperville Tournament

The Huskies put together an impressive performance at their home pool on Saturday, earning four key wins over Matea, Naperville Central, Neuqua, and Waubonsie to finish the five-team event in first place. Eric Curia led the way for North, amassing a total of 20 goals in the four-game set along with 10 steals and 8 assists.

Neuqua (2nd) and Naperville Central (3rd) both finished with 2-2 records, with the Wildcats ending the day with the advantage between the two after beating the Redhawks 7-5. In that contest, Brian DuPuy recorded 3 goals and Kevin Patterson added 2 scores to lead the speedy Neuqua offense.

Metea (4th) and WV (5th) ended the weekend 1-3, with the Mustangs winning the head-to-head battle by a score of 18-15.
