Siba Filipovic recorded 6 goals, Matt Wolff scored 3 times and both Aidan Allamian and Jake Kalenowski scored 2 goals in the North Stars' 14-4 victory over GBN. Ilian Farbman scored 2 times in the loss for the Spartans.

 

Jones-Payton 16 Bradley 2

Tunch Ozyurt notched 4 scores and Leo Redican blocked 14 shots in the Eagles' 16-2 win over Bradley.

 

STC North 6 Jones-Payton 3

Siba Filipovic scored 3 goals and Justin Reed made 10 saves to help the North Stars earn a 6-3 victory over Jones-Payton 6-3 on Saturday. Leo Redican blocked 23 shots in the losing effort.

 

Jones-Payton 17 Glenbrook North 6

Tunch Ozyurt scored 4 goals, Jafet Reyes scored 3 times and Leo Redican stopped 12 shots as the Eagles defeated GBN 17-6. Ilian Farbman totaled 3 scores in the loss for the Spartans.

 

ST PATRICK TOURNAMENT

St Rita 9 Evanston 3

Chris Jimenez and Daniel Burns both registered 3 scores to lead the Mustangs past Evanston 9-3.

 

St Rita 12 Homewood-Flossmoor 7

Homer Olivares totaled 4 scores as the Mustangs beat H-F 12-7 to advance to the title round of the event.

 

Lane 9 Maine South 8 (OT)

Aidan Ledezsma scored the game-winning goal in overtime to send the Indians past Maine South 9-8 on Saturday. Nikita Kravtsov scored 4 times while Ian Anderson added 3 goals for the winners.

 

 

YORK TOURNAMENT

Fenwick 12 York 11

Dan Bajda recorded 4 goals while the trio of Dan Lynch, Nate Fisher and Payton Comstock each scored 2 times as the Friars earned a 12-11 victory over the tournament hosts on Friday afternoon. Isaac Marlott registered 3 scores while Carson Hicks, Nick Ward and Will Yasdick all tallied 2 scores in the loss for the Dukes.

 

Lyons 13 Mundelein 10

Victor Perez recorded 6 goals and Bobby Bolan notched 3 scores in the Lions' 13-10 win over Mundelein. Jake Garcia netted 3 goals and both Danny Oleinik and Hunter Magee scored 2 times in the losing effort.

 

Loyola 11 New Trier 7

Kevin Considine poured in 7 goals and Kenny Sajnaj tallied 3 scores as the Ramblers knocked off New Trier 11-7. Bo Barrett netted 4 scores in the loss for the Trevians.

 

York 10 St Ignatius 2

Carson Hicks recorded 3 goals and both Isaac Marlott and Will Yasdick scored 2 goals in the Dukes' 10-2 win over St Ignatius.

 

Lyons 7 New Trier 5

Bobby Bolan, Eric Markey and Martin Brown all scored 3 goals to help lift the Lions over New Trier 7-5. Danni Zhukov notched 2 scores in the loss for the Trevians.

 

Mundelein 12 Loyola 8

Danny Oleinek and Jake Garcia scored 4 goals and both Hunter Magee and Ryan Zentz scored 2 times to help the Mustangs get past Loyola 12-8. Kevin Considine recorded 6 goals in the loss for the Ramblers.

 

SLUH 11 St Ignatius 5

Q1: Michael Kreienkamp and Andrew Zimmerman scored straight out the gate for the Jr Bills, but Peter Digenan and Moises Lopez evened things up midway through the period. Kreienkamp added his second late in the first quarter to give SLUH a 3-2 advantage at the first break.

Q2: Kreienkamp, Luke Brawer, Zimmerman and Adam Simokaitis pushed the lead to 7-3 with early second period goals. Luke Siwek added one score for the Wolfpack. Kreienkamp added his fourth goal of the half to give SLUH an 8-3 lead heading into the third quarter.

Q3: Zimmerman scored two straight goals to start the second half to extend the Jr Bills' lead to 10-3. Luke Hunneke tallied one score for SICP near the middle of the period to cut the lead to 10-4 entering the final period.

Q4: Brawer converted from 5m to increase SLUH's lead to 11-4 early in the fourth quarter. Severino responded with a goal for the Wolfpack to make it 11-5 but the visitors from Missouri claimed an 11-5 victory over St Ignatius.

 

SLUH 9 York 7

Michael Kreienkamp registered 3 scores and both Andrew Zimmerman and Garrett Baldes scored 2 times as the Jr Bills defeated the hosts 9-7. Carson Hicks, Jay Jensen and Isaac Marlott each scored 3 goals in the loss for the Dukes.

 

Mundelein 8 New Trier 4

Danny Oleinik and Ryan Zentz each tallied 2 scores to help lift the Mustangs over New Trier 8-4. Bo Barrett scored 2 times in the loss for the Trevians.

Nate Fisher and Payton Comstock both registered 4 goals in the Friars' 14-6 triumph over SLUH.

 

New Trier 6 St Ignatius 1

Nick DiPatri tallied 3 scores and Dani Zhukov added 2 goals as the Trevians beat St Ignatius 6-1.

 

York 10 Loyola 9

Carson Hicks scored 5 goals as the Dukes edged Loyola 10-9 on Saturday. Kevin Considine scored 5 goals and Kenny Sajnaj notched 3 scores in the loss for the Ramblers.
