Mason Maze scored 6 goals as the Knights started the event with a 12-11 victory over Neuqua Valley. Adam McGovern recorded 6 goals in the loss for the Wildcats.

Adam McGovern tallied 3 scores and both Cameron Casey and Matt Townsend scored 2 goals as the Wildcats shutout Northside 14-0.

 

Lincoln-Way Central 16 Northside 2

Adam Ceh registered 5 scores in the Knights' 16-2 win over Northside.

 

Neuqua Valley 8 Niles West 4

Matt Townsend scored 3 goals, Adam McGovern and Gabe Johnson each scored 2 times and Jack Hiss put in one goal as the Wildcats defeated Niles West 8-4.

Dylan Sterling, Mason Maze and Matt Klock each scored 3 goals and Jacob Culver stopped 10 shots in the Knights' 10-7 victory over Sandburg.

 

Neuqua Valley 9 Libertyville 4

Matt Townsend and Pierce Salafatinos both scored 3 times and Adam McGovern scored 2 goals as the Wildcats knocked off Libertyville 9-4 on Saturday. Kyle Geekie also scored one time in the win for NVHS. Jake Otto made 9 saves in the loss for the Wildcats.

Stevenson 25 Palatine 2

Dan Maleski scored 6 goals in the Patriots' 25-2 win over Palatine.

 

New Trier 8 Naperville Central 6

Henry Yavitt scored 3 goals and Patrick Drake scored 2 times as the Trevians built a 6-1 halftime lead and held off a second half rally by the defending champions to earn an 8-6 win. Danilo Scekic, Mason McQuet and Sam Yavitt each added one score for the winners. Brad Sanford scored 3 goals while Bender Russo, Lucas Nervig and Luke Klein-Collins each scored once in the loss.

 

Lyons 10 Loyola 6

Victor Perez scored 5 goals and Frank McCarter added 2 scores in the Lions' 10-6 victory over Loyola.

 

Naperville Central 8 Fenwick 7

Matt Reagan scored 6 times and both Dominic May and Nolan Vaughn scored once as the Redhawks got past Fenwick 8-7. Ivan Soto and Payton Comstock both registered 2 goals while Luis Murphy and Noah Groll each chipped in with a pair of assists for the Friars.

 

Stevenson 11 Lyons 3

Charlie Day made 12 saves, Andrew Shashin scored 4 goals and Dan Maleski scored 2 times as the hosts earned an 11-3 win over Lyons. Frank McCarter, Jacob Schoneman and Victor Perez each scored once in the losing effort.

 

New Trier 14 Brother Rice 6

Danilo Scekic recorded 5 goals and Eduardo Mendoza netted 4 scores as the Trevians beat Brother Rice 14-6 for their second win of the evening. Henry Yavitt also scored 3 goals for the victors. Quinn Russell and Pat Murphy both scored 3 times in the valiant effort for the Crusaders.

 

Stevenson 15 Loyola 4

Andrew Shashin recorded 6 goals and Collin Kapecki chipped in with 3 scores in the Patriots' 15-4 victory over Loyola on Saturday morning.

 

New Trier 6 Fenwick 5

Danilo Scekic registered 4 scores and Sam Yavitt scored 2 times in the Trevians' 6-5 win over Fenwick. Noah Groll and Payton Comstock each scored 2 times and Ramses Flores scored once in the loss for the Friars. David Francisco also made 6 saves for the Friars.

 

Lyons 18 Palatine 4

Ben Ezsias recorded 6 goals while John Reilly, Max Zator and Victor Perez each scored 2 times as Lyons knocked off Palatine 18-4.

 

Naperville Central 11 Brother Rice 3

Bender Russo, Dominic May, Luke Klein-Collins and Matt Reagan each scored 2 goals in the Redhawks' 11-3 win over Brother Rice.

Payton Comstock recorded 4 goals while Conor Hendzel, Fines Owens, Luis Murphy and Noah Groll each scored 2 times in the Friars' 14-4 victory over Brother Rice. Pat Murphy tallied 2 scores and both Quinn Russell and Noah Figus scored once in the loss for the Crusaders.

Payton Comstock recorded 6 goals in the Friars' 13-4 win over Loyola.

Armin Korsos scored 2 goals and Jacob Schoneman, John Reilly and Max Zator each scored once as the Lions beat Naperville Central 5-1. Luke Klein-Collins scored once in the loss for the Redhawks.

Eric Osuch and Justin Ginsberg each scored 3 goals to lead the Patriots past New Trier 10-8 as the hosts won their own tournament. Danilo Scekic tallied 4 scores and Mason McQuet scored 2 times in the loss for the Trevians.

Metea Valley 7 STC North 5

Alex Smith recorded 5 goals and both John Tjaards and Robert Finch scored once in the Mustangs' 7-5 triumph over STC North. Siba Filipovic recorded 2 goals and Joe Muehlschlegel made 8 saves in the loss for the hosts.

 

Bradley 7 Hersey 5

Max Memenga scored 4 goals and Jacob Meents tallied 2 scores in the Boilers' 7-5 win over Hersey. Jack Casey scored 2 goals in the loss for the Huskies.

 

Metea Valley 11 Bradley 4

Matt Flanders and Tyler Flanders combined to scored 5 goals while Alex Smith tallied 3 scores to help the Mustangs get past Bradley 11-4. Jacob Meents scored 2 goals in the loss for the Boilers.

 

STC North 13 Hersey 6

Sam Lilly totaled 6 goals and 6 steals and Joe Muehlschlegel provided a monster performance with 12 saves as the North Stars beat Hersey 13-6. Brian Prior scored 2 goals in the loss for the Huskies.

 

STC North 9 Bradley 8

Jack Williams scored 4 goals and Siba Filipovic recorded 3 goals as the North Stars edged Bradley 9-8 behind a strong second-half performance. Joe Muehlschlegel made 6 saves and Sam Lilly added 2 scores in the win for the hosts.

 

Metea Valley 11 Hersey 9

John Tjaards scored 4 goals to lead the Mustangs past Hersey 11-9 as Metea Valley went 3-0 at the STC North Tournament. Jack Casey tallied 4 scores in the loss for the Huskies.

Nik Miklyukh scored 4 goals and the trio of Alex Marlott, Carson Hicks and Parker Hicks each scored 2 goals in the Dukes' 13-2 win over Maine East. Brennan Sanders, Michael McKenna and Will Salek each added one goal for the winners.

 

Latin 12 Young 11

Tucker Jones notched 6 scores, Daniel Shwarz netted 3 goals and Sam Orlin scored 2 times to help the Romans edge Young 12-11. Dan Rusca totaled 6 goals in the loss for the Dolphins.

 

York 16 Latin 10

Alex Marlott scored 6 goals and Parker Hicks scored 4 times in the Dukes' 16-10 win over Latin. Will Salek and Nik Miklyukh each added 3 scores for the winners. Sam Orlin scored 4 goals and Tucker Jones put in 3 scores in the losing effort.

 

Young 11 Maine East 9

Dan Rusca tallied 6 goals in the Dolphins' 11-9 victory over Maine East.

 

York 20 Young 3

Alex Marlott and Nik Miklyukh each scored 5 times as the Dukes beat Young 20-3 to clinch the title at their own event. Parker Hicks, Billy Dyra and Mike Sullivan also scored 2 goals apiece in the win.

 

Latin 11 Maine East 5

Tucker Jones notched 4 scores and both Daniel Schwarz and Sam Orlin scored 3 goals as the Romans got past Maine East 11-5.

Moleigh Waldherr scored 2 goals to help lift the Dukes over Maine East 6-2.

 

Latin 12 Young 11

Elizabeth Shumaker and Veronica Hernandez both scored 4 goals to lead the Dolphins past Latin 12-11.

 

York 14 Latin 5

Moleigh Waldherr scored 4 times as the Dukes beat Latin 14-5.

 

Young 9 Maine East 6

Elizabeth Shumaker netted 3 scores and Veronica Hernadez scored 2 times as the Dolphins knocked off Maine East 9-6.

 

York 15 Young 3

Moleigh Waldherr registered 5 scores to lead the Dukes past Young 15-3 as the squad claimed the event's title with a 3-0 record. Elizabeth Shumaker and Veronica Hernandez each scored once in the loss for WY.
