Fenwick was upset by St Pats at their sectional last year, but the #1 team in
the state should be ready for the Shamrocks and Oak Park this time around
Fenwick has been almost perfect this season, losing only once to rival Brother Rice. Other than that loss, the Friars have the talent, the depth, and the coaching to emerge from this sectional as the consensus favorite to win the state title. In order to get there, they will have to once again fend off an improving St Patrick team, who struggled early this season but have come on strong down the stretch behind Joe Przekota, James Ridgeway, and Bobby Sershon. Oak Park could cause problems for the Shamrocks, with two meter player Kevin Williams leading the way. York is a tough, physical challenge for Fenwick in a potential second round game.
