-The anthem is complete and the teams are about set to enter the water for the opening swim-off

-Jackovich gets Central on the board in the first :13 seconds as the Knights lead 1-0

-Swenson responds immediately on the other end from five meters out to tie the game at 1-1

-Dundek lobs a shot over O'Brien from the right side and it's 2-1 Central

-Both defenses finally make their first respective stops after three immediate goals

-Foglton comes out of the net to earn a steal and prevent a Considine chance

-Jackovich gets close to the right post but Lynch tips her shot away

-Swenson rocks the crossbar with a shot and the Central defense recover the loose ball

-Central misses on one end, while Howe forces a turnover on the other end

-Kyle earns a steal for Loyola; Foglton denies a lob attempt by Sajnaj from the left side

-Jackovich draws an ejection and there is a temporary delay due to a clock malfunction with 3:33 left

-Back to the action, Jackovich draws a foul at five meters but Sajnaj blocks her shot

-On the other end, Considine drives the left side and fights off two defenders to slot into the right corner

-Swenson earns a steal, draws an ejection on the other end, but Howe blocks a shot attempt by Sajnaj

-Lynch makes a steal, then Swenson gets open at two meters and connects to the left corner, 3-2 Loyola

-Swenson fights off a double-team at two meters to give Loyola a 4-2 advantage

-Jackovich quickly responds after a drive to the right post, assisted by Dundek

-Considine gets open on the left side and puts Loyola back ahead by two goals

-Jackovich quickly answers on the other end to make the score 5-4

-Foglton makes a big save and Jackovich nets her fourth goal to tie the game at 5-5 late in the period

-LWC makes a stop but can't get a shot off at the other end as time expires on the first quarter

PERIOD 2

-Back underway in the second quarter with LWC getting a stop and O'Brien making a save

-Senese earns a steal as the Ramblers tried to work the ball into set for Swenson

-Jackovich fights for position on the right post and scores to give the Knights a 6-5 lead

-Swenson hits the crossbar and Sajnaj lobs over on their next possession

-Breakaway chance for Sajnaj but Foglton elevates to make a crucial save, then draws an ejection

-Howe's five meter attempt is cleared off the line by O'Brien as the Knights can't score with the advantage

-Foglton makes another save and starts the LWC counterattack

-O'Brien gets a hand on McLean's shot and Loyola eventually claims possession

-Foglton with another save on Swenson's seven meter attempt

-Dundek lobs over O'Brien from seven meters and the Knights take a 7-5 lead

-Neither team can score on their next possession as the defenses clamp down

-Perimeter steal by Jackovich leads to a breakaway chance, and she assists Senese on an easy goal

-Loyola timeout

-Quick response by Swenson, whose left-handed rocket beats Foglton just inside the left post

-Sajnaj gets open for a lob attempt from the left side, but it hits the crossbar and Foglton gets to it

-Sajnaj earns a steal, but Considine's shot hits the bar once again for Loyola and LWC takes over

-O'Brien makes a save and passes ahead to Considine, but Foglton gets to it first as the buzzer sounds

PERIOD 3

-Back underway for the second half...and it's LWC with a stop after Loyola won the swim-off

-Swenson forces a turnover on the other end

-Loyola works the shot clock and Julia Sajnaj scores from the left side from a difficult angle

-The Knights hit the post and O'Brien grabs the rebound; Central earns a steal on the other end

-Klock scores her first goal from the left wing to give the Knights a 9-7 lead

-Foglton elevates to stop a lob attempt; Dundek's lob is off the mark for LWC as well

-Klock recovers a loose ball after an LWC miss, but McLean's next chance goes over the goal

-Dundek prevents a counterattack chance for Loyola with a steal

-Perimeter steal by Sajnaj, passes ahead to Considine, and she beats Foglton to cut the lead to 9-8

-LWC timeout

-Central draws an ejection after the timeout, but Swenson earns a perimeter steal and draws an ejection

-The Ramblers cannot convert however, so LWC takes over with a one-goal lead

-Jackovich shoots from the point but its skids off the post, with O'Brien possibly getting a finger on it

-LWC forces a turnover and Klock draws a penalty for the Knights

-Jackovich converts from the spot and the Knights lead 10-8 with 1:02 left in period 3

-Swenson earns an ejection on the perimeter for Loyola

-Foglton knocks down a shot from the left side by Julia Sajnaj and the quarter ends with LWC ahead by 2

PERIOD 4

-Loyola starts with the ball in the fourth quarter and Considine draws an ejection

-Swenson misfires over the goal from seven meters

-Jackovich hits the bar, both teams scramble for the loose ball, and Jackovich scores a rebound goal

-Julia Sajnaj makes a steal and assists Considine on a breakaway goal to cut the lead to 11-9

-Considine tries to turn her defender but Shepard forces a a turnover

-Jackovich fights for position and then converts to the left corner from five meters out; 12-9 LWC

-Swenson answers quickly for the Ramblers to keep Loyola within two goals

-Jackovich gets triple-teamed at two meters and O'Brien punches the ball away to safety

-McLean tries her luck from outside but O'Brien blocks it

-LWC forces a turnover on the other end at two meters

-Klock gets a shot from the right post but it's knocked down by O'Brien

-Kyle forces a turnover as we go under the two minute mark with Loyola down by two

-Dundek earns a steal and draws an ejection on the defensive end for the Knights

-Nothing doing for LWC, but Julia Sajnaj hits the left post on the other end for Loyola

-McLean's shot goes over the goal with 0:45 left

-Loyola timeout with 0:41 remaining in regulation

-After time timeout, Considine draws an ejection, has her shot tipped by Foglton and it sits on the line...

...but Liz Kyle just pushes it in and Loyola trails 12-11

-Loyola timeout with 0:32 left

-Jackovich and Foglton play keep-away and run out the shot clock and hold on for a 12-11 victory
