Week 5

 

Skylar Davis (Palatine) - Scored 6 goals in an 11-7 victory over Barrington.

Matt Alvarado (Mt Carmel) - Led the Caravan win 14 goals in a 17-16 overtime win over St Viator.

.

Marty Walsh (Mt Carmel) - Scored the game-winning goal in overtime in a 17-16 win over St Viator.

.

Alaina Matthews (Andrew) - Scored 5 in a win over L-Way Central and 4 in a loss to L-Way East at the L-Way East Tournament.

.

Nick Manusos/Bryan Smith (McHenry) - Nick scored 9 goals and Bryan added 5 in a 17-15 overtime loss to Palatine.

.

Amanda Wolff (Morton) - Recorded a stat line of 4 goals, 2 assists, and 2 steals in a 9-5 win over York.

.

Sam Cody (Sandburg) - Scored twice in the fourth overtime, including the game-winning goal on a rebound with four seconds remaining to help beat #2 Homewood-Flossmoor 9-8.

Sarah Trilla (Lyons) - Tallied four goals in a 9-8 loss to Mother McAuley.

Maggie Wood/Laura Perez (Mother McAuley) - Both girls scored 3 goals in an 8-6 victory over Loyola.

Kate Pettinato (Northside Prep) - Pettinato made her debut after recovering from a shoulder injury that kept her out of the pool for the last 8 months. She scored 2 goals from set and drew a four-meter penalty.

Ian Johnson (Neuqua Valley) - Recorded 8 goals in an 18-8 win over Hinsdale South.

.

Talia Gazlay (Maine East) - Made 43 saves in four games at the Hersey Tournament and helped her team get their first win of the season over Riverside-Brookfield.

.

Stephanie Lassen (Flossmoor) - Made 21 saves in a four overtime loss to Sandburg, then led her team to a 4-0 record at St Ignatius by allowing just 16 goals in four games, with three against Top 20 opponents.

.

Ashley Anderson (Flossmoor) - Ashley's defensive presence at two-meters led Homewood-Flossmoor to a 4-0 record at the St Ignatius Tournament, plus she scored the game-tying goal to help beat St Ignatius 6-5.
