Maine South Repeats As Maine East Tourney Champs
Makai Deneve-Arnam and company earned four convincing wins over the weekend to win the Maine East tournament title. The Hawks beat Bradley 18-10 in the championship game after earning wins over BG, Niles West, and Northside. Deneve-Arnam led the offense with 14 goals, while Matt Kramer (12 goals), Kyle Christie (11 goals), and Ryan Patullo (10 goals) all made major offensive contributions for head coach Chris Deger. Bradley finished with three wins to claim second place, while Andrew Mudreac scored 14 total goals in Niles West's run for a third-place finish.
