Tommy Hagerty registered 3 goals, Richard Poma netted 2 scores and Brian Johnson made 14 saves as the Titans upended Loyola 6-3 on Wednesday. Kevin Manna, Matt Merucci and Max Ashurst each scored once in the loss for the Ramblers.

The Warriors secured a 17-8 nonconference win over Taft on Wednesday. Stats for the victors were not available. Tony Ross scored 3 goals, Cole Yungerman netted 2 scores and the trio of Andres Navarro, Max Lazalde and William Jalocha each scored once in the loss for the Eagles.

 

DLS 7 St Patrick 6

Gilberto Moreno scored the game-winning goal in the closing stages of regulation to send the Meteors past St Patrick 7-6 on Wednesday. Joe Gibson led the Shamrocks with 3 goals while Mike Taylor registered 2 scores and Nathan DeLuna scored once.

 

Evanston 11 Maine East 1

Thomas Fies recorded 9 goals and Lou Helfand netted 2 scores in the Wildkits' 11-1 win over Maine East.

 

Lincoln-Way Central 18 Shepard 0

Matt Klock scored 5 goals, Dylan Sterling scored 4 times and Jake Burke made 9 saves and earned a shutout as the Knights blanked Shepard 18-0. Cody Kolbus and Cody Torres each added 3 scores and Ryan Burke chipped in with 2 scores in the win.

 

Lyons 13 Stagg 7

George Lundgren scored 3 goals, Adam Cardone notched 2 scores and Nick Rosenberger made 14 saves as the Lions beat Stagg 13-7. Tommy Witek scored 6 goals and Gabe Jezierski added one score in the loss for the Chargers.

 

Maine West 12 Evanston 11

Brendan Atwood connected on the game-winning goal with a shot at the buzzer to lift the Warriors over Evanston 12-11 on Wednesday night. Atwood tallied 7 scores while Anthony Alonzi, Andre Krivokapich, Jesus Miranda, Kevin Wendtland and Richie Sevic each scored once in the win. Thomas Fies scored 5 goals and Lou Helfand added 3 scores in the loss for the Wildkits.

 

St Ignatius 14 St Rita 5

Jack Dunn poured in 5 goals, Theo Mossman netted 3 scores and Sam Enger recorded 10 saves and 5 steals in the Wolfpack's 14-5 victory over St Rita. Shane Hughes also scored 2 times in the win.

 

York 11 Hinsdale Central 4

Luke Nowak recorded 3 goals and both Nik Miklyukh and Tim Evely scored 2 times as the Dukes beat Hinsdale Central 11-4.

Stevenson 12 Evanston 3

Allison Travetto scored 6 goals and Lauren Burns made 9 saves as Stevenson got past Evanston 12-3 on Wednesday. Claire Haas and Lauren Maloney each added 2 scores and both Julia Nicholson and Tanya Shkiler netted one score in the win. Becca Schumm, Giselle Figueroa and Riley Hughes all scored once and Olivia Everhart made 17 saves in the losing effort.

Deerfield 14 Taft 3

Katherine Rogers totaled 9 goaks and both Hannah Votsmeier and Jessica Barr scored 2 times to help the Warriors get past Taft 14-3. Rachel Ward also scored once for the winners.

 

DLS 13 Resurrection 3

Jazmin Garcia and Leticia Bradsfield both registered 4 scores and Jasmine Debo tallied 3 scores as the Meteors walked away with a 13-3 win over Resurrection. Julie Sotelo and Leslie Garfias each added one goal in the winning effort. Esmeralda Arroyo, Noelle Dragon and Ruth Gleason each scored once in the loss for the Bandits.

 

Naperville North 5 STC North 4

The Huskies limited STC North to one goal in the second half in order to earn a 5-4 victory over the North Stars on Wednesday night. Stats of the victors coming soon. Brittany Veto, Emmy Feddor and Sarah Gibson each scored once, Claire Rich made 6 saves and Monica Guyett led the defense with 9 steals in the loss.

 

York 9 Hinsdale Central 5 (OT)

Grace Achepohl scored 3 goals and goaltender Sarah Lewand scored a key goal at the buzzer at the end of the first overtime period to help York outlast Hinsdale Central 9-5. Amalia Siavelis, Ellie Fitzpatrick, Isabelle Gil, Maria Rantis and Mary Phelps all scored once in the winning effort.
