GAME PREVIEWS (Wednesday, April 2)

MATCH OF THE DAY

6:00pm - #4 Loyola at #3 St Ignatius

Loyola and St Ignatius meet for an important Catholic League game that will have major ramifications no matter the outcome; the Wolfpack can stay undefeated and even with Fenwick at the top of the standings, while the fourth-ranked Ramblers can keep their title hopes alive with a win over the third-ranked hosts. St Ignatius edged Loyola 9-8 at the end of Week 1 to win the Palatine Tournament in mid-March.

KEEP AN EYE ON

6:00pm - #23 St Viator at #16 Brother Rice

The Crusaders and Lions both dropped recent contests in the Catholic League, so they will both be hoping to get their respective seasons back on track with a win when the two meet in Chicago.

OTHER KEY GAMES

5:30pm - #29 Barrington at #9 Palatine

6:30pm - #17 St Patrick at #2 Fenwick

GAME PREVIEWS (Wednesday, April 2)

MATCH OF THE DAY

6:00pm - #2 St Ignatius at #8 Loyola

The Wolfpack and Ramblers meet for the second time this season less than one week after St Ignatius earned a 14-7 win over Loyola at UIC on Friday night. This time the Ramblers are playing in their home pool in a game that could heavily impact the Catholic League's regular season title race in 2014.

KEEP AN EYE ON

5:30pm - #20 Wheeling at #30 Hersey

The Huskies and Wildcats split last year's season series after two classic defensive battles and finished tied for the MSL East title with 9-1 records; expect more of the same in 2014 as both have their sights on claiming a spot in the MSL Championship game.

OTHER KEY GAMES

5:30pm - #13 Palatine at #42 Barrington

5:30pm - #48 Schaumburg at #17 Fremd
