Dante Ragozzino, Hudson Tikoo, Manny Onate and Tunch Ozyurt each scored 3 goals and goaltender Leo Redican did not allow a goal in the Eagles' 20-2 win over Stagg.

Alberto Franchi and Tunch Ozyurt both scored 3 goals to help lead the Eagles past the hosts 7-5 to claim the GBN Tournament title.

Rafael de Gouvea scored the game-winning goal in the fourth quarter of the Wildkits' 6-5 victory over Fremd. Grant King scored 3 goals and Ben Coleman notched 2 scores in the winning effort.

Noah Kim scored 2 goals in the loss for the Blue Demons.

 

Hersey 13 Oak Park 8

Jack Blumenfeld scored 5 goals and Scott Kaiser blocked 19 shots in the Huskies' 13-8 win over OPRF. Jack Casey and Misha Nikiforov both scored 3 times and Stephen Hahn netted 2 scores in the winning effort. Owen Osga scored 2 times and Braydon Graves made 13 saves in the loss for the Huskies.

Connor Sorg scored the game-winning goal in sudden-death overtime as the Huskies edged Fremd 7-6 in the third-place game at the Hersey Tournament on Saturday.

Ben Coleman and Grant King both scored 2 goals as the Wildkits held off the hosts 6-5 to win the Hersey Tournament on Saturday afternoon.

Naperville North 13 Lincoln-Way Central 2

Jack Tarantino registered 6 scores and Chase McClure scored 3 times as the Huskies beat LWC 13-2.

Jay Jensen registered 5 scores in the  Dukes' 14-6 win over BG.

 

York 18 Lincoln-Way Central 9

Jay Jensen and Jacob Dunlap both scored 4 times as the Dukes defeated LWC 18-9.

 

Glenbrook South 14 Lincoln-Way Central 5

Steven Dales recorded 7 goals to help lead the Titans past LWC 14-5 on Saturday morning.

 

York 10 Mundelein 8

Jay Jensen and Will Yasdick each recorded 3 goals to help lift the Dukes over Mundelein 10-8.

 

 

SANDBURG TOURNAMENT

STC North 13 Prospect 3

Siba Filipovich scored 5 goals and the trio of AJ Zoretic, Alec Filipovic and Lukas Kuizenga each scored 2 goals in the North Stars' 13-3 win over Prospect.

 

STC North 5 Sandburg 3

Siba Filipovic scored 3 times and Justin Reed made 11 saves as the North Stars defeated Sandburg 5-3.

 

STC North 10 Riverside-Brookfield 3

Albert Buvary, Alec Filipovic, Jake Kalenowski and Siba Filipovic each scored 2 goals in the North Stars' 10-3 triumph over R-B. Justin Reed also made 17 saves for the winners.

 

STC North 4 Andrew 3 (OT)

Charlie Williams scored 3 goals, including the game-winner in overtime, to help the North Stars beat Andrew 4-3 to win the Sandburg Tournament. Siba Filipovic scored once and Justin Reed made 17 saves and dished out the assist on the eventual game-winner.

 

 

SHEPARD TOURNAMENT

Maine South 16 Shepard 9

Jack Folan recorded 6 goals to help lead the Hawks past the hosts 16-9 in the title game of the Shepard Tournament.

 

 

WAUBONSIE VALLEY TOURNAMENT

Latin 15 STC East 6
Daniel Schwartz and Tucker Jones both scored 5 times and Ethan Episcope added 2 scores in the Romans' 15-6 win over STC East.


Latin 18 Hoffman 1
Tucker Jones netted 4 scores, Elliot Kovitz made 14 saves and both Cole Lindemann and Zavella Sander tallied 3 scores as the Romans defeated Hoffman 18-1 on Saturday.

 

Waubonsie Valley 9 Latin 8

The Warriors won their own tournament with four straight wins, including a 9-8 win over second-place Latin. Jack Zieinski led the Waubonsie offense with 12 goals in the event. Tucker Jones scored 4 goals and both Daniel Schwartz and Ethan Episcope notched 2 scores in the loss for the Romans.

 

Latin 15 Highland Park 5
Tucker Jones recorded 7 goals and Daniel Schwartz put in 6 scores as the Romans knocked off Highland Park 15-5 to secure a second-place finish at the event.

Emilia Gibes and Kaylee Hatfield both scored 3 goals and Melena Herrera blocked 13 shots in the hosts' 8-6 triumph over Warren.

 

Elk Grove 13 Vernon Hills 1
Evita Ferrari, Grace Schiller, Kaylee Hatfield, Madison Reed and Rachel Ford each scored 2 times and Melena Herrera 7 saves as Elk Grove defeated Vernon Hills 13-1.

The Blue Demons won the event after beating the hosts 10-5 on Saturday. Kaylee Hatfield scored 3 goals and Melena Herrera made 15 saves in the loss for the second-place hosts.

Jodie Nelson scored 2 goals and Emily Wagner scored once but the Redhawks lost 4-3 in extra time to Grand Ledge on Saturday.

Jodie Nelson recorded 6 scores and Maria Gabrielli stopped 8 shots as the Redhawks topped Rockford 8-4 in their final game of the event.

Olivia Olszewski scored 5 goals and Sydney Arnold netted 4 scores as the Cougars topped Prospect 15-6.

Natalie Long scored 3 goals and Erin Long tallied 2 scores for the Wildkits while Tina Winter registered 3 scores for the Griffins in a contest that finished in a 6-6 draw.
