Insalaco drives to the left post and hangs in the air to eventually
drop a shot over Caywood, 9-6 SICP
Maloney comes open on the right side and switches to her left hand to
loft a shot over the goalie
Murphy denies a close-range attempt by Baneaux
Baneaux hits the crossbar for New Trier
Murphy makes a save for SICP; Nothnagel makes a steal on the other end
Quick shot by New Trier after an ejection is blocked by Murphy
Close calls on both ends but no scoring for either team at the end of the
period

Baneaux scores on New Trier's first possession to trim the lead to 10-7
Fernandez draws a kickout on Nothnagel and Insalaco converts to get the
lead back to four for the Wolfpack
Martinez ejected; New Trier turnover
Caywood denies Insalaco's breakaway chance
Astor records a hat-trick with a goal from 4m out and it's 11-8
Martinez ejection; Joyce tries a lob that goes over the goal
Fernandez is open on the right post and scores for Ignatius
