Quarterfinals

(1) LWE 19 (8) Bremen 4

Ghengis Hallsby scored 4 times and Mike Reilly added 3 scores to help lift Lincoln-Way East past Bremen 19-4 on Thursday. Peter Dryan scored 2 times in the loss for Bremen.

(5) LWC 15 (4) Andrew 10

Petar Jackovich scored 6 goals to lead Lincoln-Way Central to a 15-10 quarterfinal victory over Andrew at their own sectional. Matt Kmiecik tallied 4 scores in the loss for the T-Bolts.

(2) Sandburg 19 (7) Bradley 4

Joe Kamper totaled 5 goals and Cody Siemeck added 4 scores in Sandburg's 19-4 win over Bradley on Thursday.

(3) H-F 19 (6) LWN 11

Russell Maanum and Shay Banton both scored 7 goals to lead H-F past LWN 19-11 in the final quarterfinal game of the LWC Sectional on Thursday night. Nick Roberts scored 6 times in the loss for LWN.

Friday, May 15

Semifinals

(1) LWE 19 (5) LWC 9

Kevin Kubik and Kyle DeGroot both scored 4 times to help lift Lincoln-Way East to a 19-9 win over Lincoln-Way Central on Friday night. Murphy Hebbard totaled 4 scores in the losing effort for the Knights.

(2) Sandburg 13 (3) H-F 11

Cody Siemeck and Peter Skrzypek each recorded 5 goals in Sandburg's 13-11 victory over Homewood-Flossmoor on Friday. Russell Maanum tallied 4 scores in the loss for the Vikings.

Saturday, May 16

Finals

(2) Sandburg 13 (1) LWE 6

Cody Siemeck and Peter Skrzypek both totaled 4 goals to lead Sandburg back to the state tournament after a 13-6 victory over Lincoln-Way East. Kevin Kubik and Kyle DeGroot each scored 3 times in the loss for the Griffins.
