Michael Considine registered 4 goals and both Kevin Manna and Matt Merucci scored 2 times as Loyola defeated Fenwick 8-5 in Catholic League play. Conor Hendzel, Matt Hoban, Noah Groll, Ramses Flores and Tommy Martino each scored once and David Francisco made 8 saves in the losing effort.

John Fischer tallied 3 scores, Mitch Gavars scored 2 times and Jack Krieps stopped 8 shots as Barrington fended off Meadows 9-5. Ethan Masters recorded 3 goals in the loss for the Mustangs.

Alex Nicholas and Robert DePau each registered 6 goals and Ryan Dudar scored 4 times as the Vikings beat Buffalo Grove 20-9. Danny Konishi added 2 goals while both Alex Smyrniotis and Nate Jordan put in one goal for the winners.

 

Lane 17 Lake View 8

Mark Gullickson netted 6 goals and both Ben Martinez and Max Boettcher tallied 3 scores as the Indians defeated Lake View 17-8. Will Quan also scored 2 times in the win for Lane. Stefan Zuric totaled 6 goals in the losing effort.

 

Lincoln-Way Central 20 Bremen 3

Matt Klock recorded 7 goals, Cody Kolbus netted 4 scores and Jake Burke stopped 11 shots as Central defeated Bremen 20-3. Cody Torres added 2 goals while the trio of Brendan Kay, Dylan Sterling and Ryan Burke each scored their first two varsity-level goals in the win.

 

Naperville North 13 York 9

Matt Magee scored 4 goals and Cole Jacobs notched 3 scores in the Huskies' 13-9 triumph over visiting York. Nick Zillier, Reilly McDonnell and Spencer Wallace each added 2 goals while Jon Jon Pettinger put in one score for the winners. Alex Marlott, Danny Stumpf and Tim Evely each tallied 2 scores in the loss.

 

Palatine 14 Hersey 5

Ivan Turkan tallied 6 goals and both Marcus Carter-Buckman and Sean O'Brien scored 2 goals in the Pirates' 14-5 win over Hersey. Alex Adame, Campbell Boston, Dylan White and TJ May each scored once as well for the winners.

 

St Ignatius 12 Northside 2

Bradley Yendro scored 3 goals, the trio of Conor Shannon, Shane Hughes and Theo Mossman each tallied 2 scores and Sam Enger blocked 10 shots in the Wolfpack's 12-2 win over Northside.

 

St Viator 6 St Patrick 5

Michael Baker scored 2 goals and Tim Bansfield made 9 saves as the Lions edged St Patrick 6-5 in an MCAC contest. Dante Cerone, Ethan Johnson, Stephen Battin and Will McEvoy each added one score in the victory.

 

Von Steuben 14 Maine West 12

Ethan Hamp notched 8 scores and Chris Iza tallied 4 scores as the Panthers overcame a three-goal deficit to earn a 14-12 victory over Maine West on Wednesday. Nate Rivera and Tyson Dean each added one score in the win. Brendan Atwood poured in 9 goals in the loss for the Warriors.

Mother McAuley 7 Lyons 6 (3 OT)

Maggie Hennigan scored with 0:46 left in the third overtime to send the Mighty Macs past Lyons 7-6 on Wednesday night. Paulina Correa scored 3 goals, Hennigan put in 2 scores and Geena Peyton stopped 15 shots in the winning effort. Claire Mueller and Frances Bauer also scored one goal each for the victors. Kaysie Stuba and Maddie Cordell each scored 2 goals and Madie Janik totaled 25 saves in the narrow loss for the hosts. Victoria Guevara and Annika Moore each added one score as well for the Lions.

Conant 12 Wheeling 4

Sam Wooley registered 5 goals and Paulina Chowaniec notched 4 scores as the Cougars knocked off Wheeling 12-4 in a rematch of last year's MSL title game. Claire Rosas added 2 goals, Wooley made 4 steals and Cam Rosas stopped 10 shots in the winning effort. Argelia Diaz and Holly Schroeder each

scored 2 goals in the loss for the Wildcats.

 

Elk Grove 10 Hoffman 9

Lilly Lawrin recorded 6 goals and Hannah Sallenback scored 2 times as the Grenadiers defeated Hoffman 10-9 on Wednesday. Alyssa Rosenorn and Kaylee Hatfield each added one score in the win. Jenny Fermaintt registered 6 goals, Margaret Rommel netted 2 goals and Ann Cho scored once in the loss for the Hawks.

 

Fenwick 16 Loyola 6

Catie Wallace tallied 4 scores while Eryn Kulik, Jillian Wickham and Molly McGuire each scored 2 goals to help lift the Friars over Loyola 16-6. The hosts led 6-1 at the half before emerging with the win.

 

Fremd 15 Buffalo Grove 5

Emily Kini and Sarah Coombes each scored 5 goals and Karolina Urban netted 2 scores as the Vikings knocked off Buffalo Grove 15-5. Becca Rutkowski, Jessica Islas-Parker and Lauren Streitmatter each put in one score while Emma Jeronimus blocked 6 shots in the win. Sarah Harner tallied all 5 goals in the loss for the Bison.

 

Hersey 7 Palatine 2

Katie Lindgren recorded 4 goals to help lead Hersey past Palatine 7-2 on Wednesday. Stephanie Surkin also tallied 2 scores in the win. Mathilde Mogensen and Tess O'Brien each scored once and Megan Woell stopped 12 shots in the loss for Palatine.

 

Highland Park 11 Lake Forest 2

Emma Gelberg and Natalie Gelberg each scored 4 goals and Abbey Hodges allowed just 2 goals as the Lady Giants secured an 11-2 win over Lake Forest. Grace Donahue led the Scouts with 2 goals in the loss.

 

Hinsdale Central 14 Stagg 7

Mary Kress netted 4 goals, Samara Lillioja scored 3 times and both Lauren Hamp and Zoe Relias put in 2 goals in the Red Devils' 14-7 triumph over Stagg.

 

Lane 20 Lake View 0

Almina Sabanovic scored 5 goals, Brianna Murphy and Nora Chambers each tallied 3 scores and both Anne Puralewski and Emma Boyd put in 2 goals in Lane's 20-0 shutout win over Lake View. Brianna Breason, Emily Arosi, Jazmin Rivera, Kate Chambers and Mikayla Koconis-O'Malley each added one goal for the victors.

 

Lincoln-Way East 12 Bremen 11 (OT)

Nicole McCabe connected on the game-winning goal with two seconds left in overtime to send the Griffins past Bremen 12-11 on Wednesday night. McCabe led the victors with 9 goals in the contest. Elizabeth Minnich and Jillian Schultz each registered 3 goals, Leah Wood totaled 2 scores and 4 assists and Andie Stonach blocked 10 shots in the loss.

 

Metea Valley 9 Lincoln-Way West 6

Abby Smedley, Alex Cerra, Pricila Olivas and Rachael Carlen all scored 2 goals in the Mustangs' 9-6 win over LWW. Samantha Etscheid tacked on one score while Jocelyn Lent made 8 saves in the victory. Erika Tanquilut notched 4 scores while both Cailey Janosek and Harmony Moran scored once for the Warriors.
