Faith Vandercar stopped 5 shots as the Redhawks beat Metea Valley 12-1.
Kristina Altuve and Nikki Kolbe each made 5 steals in the win for
Central. Brittany Effner was the solo goal scorer for the Mustangs in
the loss.
Neuqua Valley 12 Waubonsie Valley 1
Morgan Miller scored 5 goals, Lauren Backe netted 4 scores, and Izzy
French blocked 11 shots and let in just one goal in the Wildcats' 12-1
win over Waubonsie Valley. Sarah Anderson contributed the lone goal in
the loss for the Warriors.
Naperville North 8 Naperville Central 7
The Huskies outlasted their rivals to grab an 8-7 victory on Friday
night to end the first day of action at the Naperville Tournament.
Katie Horn led the way with 4 goals, while Dani DiMatteo netted 2 scores
and both Kate MacDuff and Kyra Hartley scored once. Kristina Altuve scored 3 goals, Michelle Spaits netted 2 scores,
and both Kaela Codo and Jessica Fox scored one goal in
the loss for the Redhawks.

Naperville North 15 Metea Valley 1
Katie Horn tallied 5 goals and Jilian Eiken registered 4 scores in the
Huskies' 15-1 win over Metea Valley. Amber McClure also scored 2 times in
the win for North. Leah Hummel tallied one score in the loss for the
Mustangs.
Naperville Central 18 Waubonsie Valley 3
Jessica Fox and Krista Drapalik each tallied 3 scores and Faith Vandercar
made 6 saves as the Redhawks downed the Warriors 18-3.
Naperville North 10 Neuqua Valley 2
The Huskies raced out to a 6-0 lead en route to a 10-2 victory over Neuqua
Valley; Jilian Eiken, Taylor Stoner, Katie Horn, and Elle Mattern each
scored 2 goals in the Huskies' win. Morgan Miller put in both goals in the
loss for the Wildcats.
Metea Valley 12 Waubonsie Valley 7
Leah Hummel registered 5 goals and Brittany Effner added 4 scores in Metea
Valley's 12-7 triumph over Waubonsie Valley. Kimela Srey and Sarah
Anderson both tallied 2 scores in the Warriors' loss.

Kristina Altuve drew a penalty with :23 left in regulation and Jessica Fox
converted the shot to the upper left corner to help the Redhawks overcome
a 5-0 halftime deficit and beat Neuqua Valley 6-5. Issi French made 16
saves in the loss for the Wildcats, while Lauren Backe and Morgan Miller
each scored 2 goals and Kaitlyn Gorski tallied one score.

Kaitlyn Gorski and Morgan Miller each tallied 2 scores as the Wildcats
fended off Metea Valley 6-5.
