George Lundgren and Sam Szczepaniak each scored 4 goals to lead the Lions past Neuqua Valley 14-12. Adam McGovern scored 5 goals, Troy Salafatinos scored 4 times and Jacob Cunningham made 10 saves in the loss. Joey Dalesandro also totaled 2 goals and 5 steals and JP Leshock scored once for NVHS.

The Hornets secured their fifteenth win of the season by beating Bremen 14-9 in a nonconference contest. David Sauerman and Kevin Duffy each scored 3 goals, Michael Feeley scored once and Andrew Costello stopped 16 shots in the losing effort.

 

Lockport 7 Andrew 5

Eric Krawczyk totaled 5 goals, Jake Sweis netted 2 scores and Connor Hecker came up big with 18 saves in the Porters' 7-5 victory over Andrew.

 

Naperville Central 15 Barrington 5

Nick Walker recorded 9 goals to lead the Redhawks past Barrington 15-5 on Thursday. Central outscored the Broncos 9-0 in the second half after the hosts had closed the gap to 6-5 at halftime. Lucas Nervig and Matt Reagan each added 2 scores in the win. John Fischer tallied 3 scores and Tom Derken netted 2 goals in the loss for Barrington.

 

Naperville North 13 Conant 5

Charlie Calvo registered 4 goals and the trio of Matt Magee, Reilly McDonnell and Spencer Wallace each scored 3 times in the Huskies' 13-5 triumph over Conant. Jake Roche also made 17 saves in the win.

 

Prospect 11 Elk Grove 8

Isaac Ginnodo notched 4 scores and Alex Morikado, Jake Bellows and Matt Inserra each scored 2 times in the Knights' 11-8 win over Elk Grove.

 

Sandburg 11 LWC 5

Alex Serrano tallied 5 scores, Jake Grella scored 2 times and Nick Jackson made 14 saves in the Eagles' 11-5 win over LWC.

 

York 6 STC North 5

The Dukes went on the road to secure a narrow 6-5 nonconference victory over STC North. Nik Miklyuhk scored 2 times while Jordan Jopes, Luke Nowak, Parker Hicks and Tyler McKenna (first career goal) each scored once in the win. Nathan Bawolek scored 3 goals, John Quinn notched 2 scores and Garrett Allamian made 8 saves in the loss for the North Stars.

The Friars overcame an early 3-2 deficit to earn a 15-5 victory over visiting Naperville Central. Catie Wallace registered 6 goals in the win for the hosts. Emily Westlove scored 2 goals and Alli Hansen, Anne Marie Gunn and Emily Rodgers each scored once in the losing effort.

Elk Grove 11 Resurrection 1

Lilly Lawrin scored 5 goals, Kaylee Hatfield tallied 3 scores and Jessica Deering made 17 saves as the Grenadiers beat Resurrection 11-1.

 

Evanston 10 Niles West 2

Becca Schumm scored 3 goals and Olivia Everhart made 16 saves in the Wildkits' 10-2 victory over Niles West. Emma Stein, Emily Mohrenweiser and Giselle Figueroa each scored 2 times and Stephanie Sheikh added one goal in the win.

 

Highland Park 5 Glenbrook North 3

Emma Gelberg and Natalie Gelberg each scored 2 goals, Molly Solem scored once and Abbey Hodges stopped 12 shots in the Giants' 5-3 win over GBN. The victors claimed their twentieth win as well as the CSL North regular season title for the first time in school history.

 

Lockport 11 Andrew 5

Kennedy Ruther totaled 8 goals and Mariah Dicksen made 26 saves in the Porters' 11-5 victory over the T-Bolts. Dicksen, Kirsten Brietbarth and Lauren Grycko each added one score in the win. Alexys Knight and Jessica Gomez each scored 2 times while Cailey Pietrzyk added one score in the losing effort.

 

Lyons 8 Neuqua Valley 6

Claudia Lundgren recorded 3 goals and Hanna Good scored 2 times to help lift LT over Neuqua Valley 8-6. Annika Moore (6 steals), Kaysie Stuba and Maddie Cordell each added one score while Allie Bradbury made 8 saves in the win. Zoe Salafatinos totaled 3 goals and 4 steals while Issi French saved 9 shots and made 4 steals in the loss. Amy Blencowe, Gabby Koopmann and Heather Sterchele also added one goal apiece for the Wildcats.

 

Maine West 9 Deerfield 6

Annie Picchiotti and Kristin Burger combined to score 7 goals in the Warriors' 9-6 win over Deerfield.

 

Oak Park 10 New Trier 4

Genevieve Curry scored 4 times, Jilly Cronin totaled 3 goals and 5 steals and Addie Steward-Nolan netted 2 scores to help the Huskies get past New Trier 10-4. Kate Kennedy-Wood added one goal and Kaitlyn Peterson made 5 saves in the win.

 

Richards 10 Morton 8

Natalie Fadden and Sarah Coffman both recorded 4 goals and Sinead Soltis scored 2 times as Richards defeated Morton 10-8 on Thursday night.

 

Sandburg 12 Lincoln-Way Central 4

Clare Lawlor netted 6 goals, Tara Maher scored 3 times and drew 3 ejections and Morgan Bartelment made 9 saves in the Eagles' 12-4 win over LWC. Madison Stuursma notched 2 scores while both Mara O'Connor and Vaia Makris tallied one score for the winners. Kim Bernhard scored 3 goals and made 3 steals while Erin Muellerschoen added one score and 3 steals in the loss.

 

STC North 6 York 3

Monica Guyett totaled 2 goals and 7 steals and Brittany Veto scored once and made 6 steals as the North Stars defeated York 6-3 on Thursday. Beth Ann Ellingson, Hannah Springer and Emmy Feddor each added one goal while Claire Rich made 5 saves for the victors.

 

Stevenson 15 Conant 10

Allison Travetto recorded 7 goals and the trio of Amelia Eastman, Claire Haas and Fiona Gaffney each put in 2 scores in the Patriots' 15-10 victory over Conant. Eileen Hoang and Tanya Shkiler each scored once while Lauren Burns came up big in goal with 15 saves in the win. Sam Wooley scored 5 goals, Paulina Chowaniec netted 2 scores and Cam Rosas blocked 13 shots in the loss.

 

Wheeling 6 Hersey 5

Argelia Diaz scored 3 goals and Elizabeth Wargo made 16 saves in the Wildcats' 6-5 win over Hersey. Adrianna Passanannte, Holly Schroeder and Talia Khan each scored once and Paulina Stolarska dished out 3 assists in the victory.
