GAME PREVIEWS (Monday, May 5)

MATCH OF THE DAY

5:00pm - #18 Stagg at #26 Homewood-Flossmoor

The Chargers and Vikings both have high hopes for next week's sectional playoffs, so the winner of this SWSC Blue clash could build the momentum needed to make a run at a state tournament berth. The outcome could also help paint a clearer picture of where each team will finish within the Blue division.

KEEP AN EYE ON

6:00pm - #24 Lincoln-Way Central at #37 Lincoln-Way North

Central travels to North for the second SWSC Red contest between the two squads; Central won the first meeting, but the Phoenix hope they can avenge that loss and get back on track as the postseason quickly approaches.

FEATURED EVENT

MSL CROSSOVERS

The Mid-Suburban League wraps up its' conference season with a set of five crossover games beginning at 5:00pm. The matchups include BG-Fremd, Meadows-Hoffman, Prospect-Barrington, Wheeling-Conant, and Elk Grove-Schaumburg.

GAME PREVIEWS (Monday, May 5)

MATCH OF THE DAY

5:00pm - #16 Lincoln-Way East at #18 Sandburg

The Griffins can clinch the SWSC Blue if they can go on the road and beat Sandburg for the first time this season. The Eagles won the first contest between the two teams, however, so a win for the home side would get them level with East in the standings.

KEEP AN EYE ON I

6:00pm - #14 Palatine at #27 Prospect

The second-place teams from the Mid-Suburban League meet once again in a crossover contest. Will their rematch be as epic as their 5-4 thriller from back in April?
