Ervin Mendoza and Henry Yavitt both scored a hat-trick to help lift the Trevians over Maine East 15-10. Josh Espinoza recorded 5 goals in the loss for the Blue Demons.

Brendan Chang recorded 5 goals to help lead the Titans past Maine South 13-6. Sean Gardiner tallied 3 scores in the loss for the Hawks.

Odysseas Lazarou recorded 4 goals to help the Titans earn an 8-6 victory over Evanston in the third-place game of the CSL Tournament. Thomas Fies scored 4 times in the loss for the Wildkits.

Henry Yavitt recorded 4 goals as the Trevians built a 4-0 halftime lead en route to a 13-4 win over Niles West. Mustafa Khan scored 2 goals in the loss for the Wolves.

Sam Lilly and Siba Filipovic each scored 4 goals and Joe Muehlschlegel made 8 saves as the North Stars beat the hosts 10-4 in the Fremd Tournament's opening contest.

Robbie Holzer scored 4 goals, Charlie Williams and Jack Williams each scored 3 times and Siba Filipovic scored 2 times in the North Stars' 15-2 win over Warren.

St Patrick 8 Brother Rice 7

Michael Taylor registered 3 goals to held the Shamrocks edge Brother Rice 8-7 on Friday night.

 

Fenwick 22 DLS 3

Ivan Soto totaled 6 goals, Fines Owens scored 5 times and the trio of Conor Hendzel, Noah Groll and Payton Comstock each scored 2 goals in the Friars' 22-3 win over DLS.

 

Loyola 14 St Rita 4

Tony Spallone totaled 6 scores and Tommy Barr scored 3 times as the Ramblers beat St Rita 14-4. Jake Bevan and Nathaniel Guenther also scored one goal apiece for the victors.

 

St Ignatius 15 St Viator 4

Andreas Christy scored 8 goals while Jimmy Howorth and Luke Rothschild combined to make 10 saves as the Wolfpack knocked off St Viator 15-4. Gus Enger totaled 2 goals and 6 assists while Bradley Yendro also scored 2 times in the win. Matt Frank scored 2 goals, Jack Curran and Tyler Coupe each tallied one score and Tim Battin made 10 saves in the loss for the Lions.

 

Fenwick 22 St Patrick 3

Payton Comstock registered 4 goals to help lead the Friars past St Patrick 22-3.

 

Fenwick 11 Loyola 8

Payton Comstock totaled 7 scores and David Francisco made 9 saves as the Friars earned an 11-8 win over Loyola in the MCAC title game. Conor Hendzel also scored 2 goals for the winners.

Stevenson 17 LWC 5

Andrew Shashin scored 5 goals and Dan Maleski scored 4 times in the Patriots' 17-5 win over LWC. Eric Osuch, Collin Kapecki and Varun Ganesh each scored 2 goals in the winning effort. Dylan Sterling scored 2 goals in the loss for the Knights.

 

Naperville Central 12 LWC 1

Luke Klein-Collins registered 4 scores and Kent Emden made 7 saves in the Redhawks' 12-1 victory over LWC. Dominic May added 3 scores while Cam Dougherty, Christian Fleming, Lucas Nervig, Matt Reagan and Matt Wooten each scored once for the winners. Ryan Burke scored the lone goal for the Knights.

 

LWC 12 Neuqua Valley 8

Mason Maze tallied 8 scores and Dylan Sterling scored 2 goals as the Knights beat Neuqua Valley 12-8. Matt Townsend scored 4 goals and Pierce Salafatinos scored 2 times in the loss.

 

Stevenson 8 Naperville Central 7

Eric Osuch and Collin Kapecki both scored in the late stages of the fourth quarter to send the Patriots past Naperville Central 8-7 on Saturday. Kapecki scored 4 times while Osuch and Andrew Shashin each put in 2 goals as the hosts overcame a 5-3 deficit to earn the win. Matt Reagan registered 3 goals, Luke Klein-Collins put in 2 scores and Kent Emden blocked 13 shots in the losing effort.

 

Naperville Central 16 Neuqua Valley 5

Luke Klein-Collins scored 3 goals and Jonah-Klein Collins made 7 saves and blocked a 5-meter attempt as the Redhawks earned a 16-5 win over Neuqua Valley. Matt Townsend scored 2 goals in the loss for the Wildcats.

 

Stevenson 16 Neuqua Valley 8

Andrew Shashin scored 6 times, Justin Ginsberg put in 3 scores and Collin Kapecki scored 2 goals as the Patriots defeated Neuqua Valley 16-8 to finish 3-0 at their own event.

 

 

WSC TOURNAMENT

Oak Park 12 Hinsdale South 11

Alex Lavery scored 5 goals and Thomas Wolfe notched 4 scores as the Huskies outlasted Hinsdale South 12-11 on Friday. James Kiwiet scored 6 goals in the losing effort.

 

Hinsdale Central 15 Morton 6

Scott Spinazola recorded 4 goals as the Red Devils advanced to the WSC Tournament semifinals after beating Morton 15-6. Alex Perez netted 5 scores in the loss for the Mustangs.

 

York 15 Hinsdale Central 5

Alex Marlott registered 6 goals and both Nik Miklyukh and Parker Hicks notched 2 scores to help the hosts beat Hinsdale Central 15-5. Simon DeGrace and Will Salek also scored once for the winners.

 

Oak Park 8 Hinsdale Central 7

Daniel Franklin scored 2 goals and Kevin Corotis made 13 saves as the Huskies defeated Hinsdale Central 8-7 in the third-place game of the WSC Tournament.

 

Lyons 9 York 4

The Lions defeated York 9-4 to claim the WSC Tournament title on Saturday afternoon.

Stagg 22 Waubonsie Valley 13

Tommy Witek recorded 7 goals and Olaf Wrezinski notched 5 scores in the Chargers' 22-13 victory over Waubonsie Valley.

Whitney Young 7 Northside 6

Elizabeth Shumaker connected on the game-winning goal in the final two minutes of the Dolphins' 7-6 win over Northside in the third-place game of the CPS Tournament. Beth Zelenka and Joanne Phan each put in 2 goals in the loss for the Mustangs.

 

Lane 5 Jones-Payton 4

Almina Sabinovic scored the game-winner in the final period to send the Indians past Jones-Payton 5-4 to win the CPS title on Friday night. Brianna Breason scored 2 goals in the second half to tie the score just before Sabinovic provided the final tally. Haley Gibbs scored 2 times in the loss for the Lady Eagles.

 

 

FREMD TOURNAMENT

STC North 5 Fremd 4

Sarah Gibson totaled 3 goals and both Jules Engesser and Hannah Turner scored once as the North Stars held off Fremd 5-4. Emily Kini tallied 3 scores in the loss for the Vikings.

 

STC North 11 Warren 1

Jules Engesser and Sarah Gibson both scored 3 goals and Claire Rich made 7 saves in the North Stars' 11-1 win over Warren. BethAnn Ellingson added 2 goals and Engesser made 6 steals in the win.

Claire Haas registered 7 goals and the trio of Eileen Hoang, Fiona Gaffney and Julia Nicholson each put in 2 goals as the Patriots defeated LWC 16-9. Nicole McCabe scored 4 times while Erin Muellerschoen tallied 2 scores in the loss for the Knights.

 

Naperville Central 16 LWC 4

Rylee Brower poured in 7 goals and Charlotte Albright scored 3 goals in the Redhawks' 16-4 victory over LWC. Emily Wagner and Emily Westlove also scored 2 goals apiece and Sara Campbell stopped 6 shots in the winning effort. Nicole McCabe netted 2 scores while Megan Cales and Nikki Howe both scored once in the losing effort.

 

LWC 14 Neuqua Valley 3

Caroline Heathcock recorded 4 goals and both Erin Muellerschoen and Nicole McCabe scored 3 times as the Knights knocked off Neuqua Valley 14-3. Cassidy Angus scored 2 goals in the loss for the Wildcats.

Emily Rodgers scored the game-winning goal in sudden death overtime as the Redhawks outlasted the Patriots 11-10. Rodgers scored 3 times while Alli Hansen, Emily Westlove and Rylee Brower each scored 2 goals for the winners. Claire Haas scored 5 goals, Julia Nicholson scored 3 times and Fiona Gaffney put in 2 scores in the loss for the hosts.

Emily Wagner scored 4 goals, Rylee Brower tallied 3 scores and Sara Campbell made 8 saves as the Redhawks beat Neuqua Valley 19-5 to win the event. Rebecca Gray scored 3 goals and Amy Lesniak scored 2 times in the losing effort.

Bella Greenspan scored 3 goals and both Amelia Eastman and Shreya Sreedhar scored 2 goals as the Patriots earned a 12-3 victory over Neuqua Valley.
