Palatine as the Pirates took an early 2-0 lead and New Trier needs a
timeout.

lead to 2-1 with a goal from the left side

final minute to keep New Trier within one goal at the end of one period

*** Sommerfield saves a lob shot by Jacob Drey, but
Konrad VonMoltke scores after grabbing the rebound to tie the game at 2-2
*** Sam Skinner scores from the right side to make the
score 3-2 in favor of the Trevians, as Palatine takes a timeout
*** John Giuliano evens the score with a goal from the
right side, then scores on Palatine's next possession to make it 4-3
*** Matt McClone has an answer, scoring from the left
post to tie the game at 4-4
*** VonMoltke connects from the left wing on the
Trevians' next chance and NT reclaims a 5-4 lead at halftime

Quarter 3
*** VonMoltke scored from 2m to make the score 6-4 as
the second half just gets underway
*** Stanton fires a shot in from outside five-meters
and cuts the New Trier lead to 6-5
*** McClone puts the Trevians ahead 7-5 with a goal
from the right post , then Buchman tips a shot off the crossbar on the
other end
*** McClone scores his second straight goal to make the
score 8-5 in favor of the Trevians
*** Giuliano pushes in a rebound to get Palatine within
two goals in the final minute of the third period

Quarter 4
*** Dylan Weissman hits the post and Buchman and Jack
Wiley prevent a rebound chance for Ferris at two meters
*** Buchman comes out of the net to prevent Ferris from
getting a breakaway goal
*** VonMoltke scores from two meters out on the other
end and the Trevians now have a 9-6 lead with under four minutes to play
*** Palatine cannot score after an ejection, then Eric
Robb draws an ejection on the other end before NT calls timeout
*** Buchman makes two straight saves, but Justin
Berrons scores as Palatine gets within two with less than two minutes
remaining
*** Buchman comes out of the net to make a steal;
McClone hits the post but draws a penalty shot after grabbing the rebound
*** McClone scores with 0:49 left to give the Trevians
a 10-7 lead and one stop later and New Trier runs out the clock on a win
